We conduct home inspections from Monday-Sunday, 7 days a week, during daylight hours to ensure the best visibility.
Maiinspect's Inspectors will thoroughly examine all the major systems of the house, including the interior, exterior, roof, electricity, plumbing, heating, and attic. Within 48 hours of the inspection, you will receive a detailed report describing each system of the house, defects we found with appropriate photographs and illustrations. If you have any questions relating to the report, we are happy to answer them. In fact, we offer free telephone consultation for as long as you own the home.
Yes! Contractors do make mistakes… we have caught many such mistakes for our clients.
Yes. You will receive an electronic report by email in PDF format. An average report is between 30 and 100 pages long and includes several references to online resources and more detailed information.
